just got my hoodies in the mail. the zipper on the right pocket of my ivy league hoodie is stuck and wont even budge. is anyone having the same problem?
 
Sorry, that was pretty harsh. I just got back from a really long, terrible class and I'm not in the greatest of moods. Just to clarify, I ordered my Saga as an early birthday present for myself. It will be shipped at the same time as everyone else's.
 
Just got my class clown and zipster i love the material makes for a comfy feeling and very warm i had no problems with my order they even through in a saga diecut to:) i got my hoodies yesterday in the mail very fast shipping!!! 10/10 for the hoodies!!!!!! oh and zipper length on zipster is 31' and its a large:) hope that helps with future purchases
 
im thinking about ordering the bookworm crew in XL, im 5'10, your single opinion on fit?
 
last question. just ordered it a few minutes ago, how long does shipping take to canada would you think?
 
Thanks for the advice. I probably screwed up. I'll just let it be since I don't want to mess with contacting Saga. Worst case i'll do an exchange. I'll check back once I get it.
 
I have a question...

If I pre-ordered now (mid October) would a coat come at a reasonable time? I have no idea if they only produce so much and if I would miss out of the first wave of product, and have to wait for more to be made. Is that the case? I understand some sizes/colors are in higher demand and that ordering now will put me further back on the shipping compared to people who ordered in the summer. But would I be okay if I ordered now? Like at least getting it before Christmas?

PLEASE help, it is really appreciated.
 
Straight off the site:

We are estimating all pre-orders shipped Priority by November 30th, 2010 and hopefully even sooner.

 
Yeah, I saw that but it also says this:

"For those that want to guarantee that their specific size and color

option does not sell out, Pre-Orders will begin on June 22, 2010"

That was quite a while ago... I'm assuming they are making a set amount of product of each size and color regardless of what the pre-orders are. Lets say I got a Large Lobster, or HybridTOO, I'm just concerned if there are too many people that have pre-ordered ahead of me and they will run out before they get to my order.
 
I would assume that you'd be fine as long as it doesn't say sold out when you try to select your size, but I've never ordered Saga before this year, so somebody else may know more about how they ship their gear than me.
 
While there is a limited number of each size/color, they know how many they're going to have. If you can still order it, then they will have enough
 
Yeah this is kinda of what I was looking for/asking. Sorry if my question was worded kinda stupid. I would have assumed this is the way it would be ^^^ but I just wasn't sure. Hopefully you know for sure and are confirming it! Thanks for the help both of you^^
 
I bought a large saga hoodie and think it fits me way too big (this is also after i asked the saga support which size would be best for me for casual wear, medium or large and they responded xlarge for riding and large for casual wear... wtf) so i emailed them requesting a procedure i need to take to return it and just received an email i need to pay shipping there (which i expected) but I ALSO have to include $8.00 so they can ship the new hoodie back to me... does anyone else think this is wrong? I've already spend almost $500 dollars on outerwear and this hoodie and they nickel and dime me on everything it seems. I'm going to do this though because sadly I think there stuff is the rad-est around but still.

Just ranting to blow off some steam...
 
you should be fine. they arent like jiberish with an absurdly limited run, usually even after the preorders ship theres still some stuff in every size left.
 
after watching Gunnie Season and Eye Trip i cant wait for my lobster jacket to come. there were like a million shots of it. looks soooooo cool
 
it's okay, i ordered XL FD, which i think is bigger than xl saga. but mine's not bad either. and considering that i'm a bit taller with the boots on.

I'm stoked!
 
THAT WAS LAST YEARS SUIT....Thats one thing i like about saga/jiberish is they usually get the product just a month or two before you do
