The 2010-11 Saga Thread

Do the pants have thick fabric at the very bottom by your feet? Will my ski edges tear through the fabric within a month or so of skiing? +k
 
Anyone know if you can send it back to get repaired? My zipper broke when a tree grabbed my hood and pulled me down.
 
Should someone that is 5'8" get a medium saga jacket? I want it to fit fairly normally, nowhere near my knees. Someone posted a pic of an L on a 5'9" and it was 2 inches above his knees, so im not so sure anymore. I think ill go medium. Why cant they make a 32" zipper?!?! It would be perfect!
 
i had the same question when i was choosing mine. I'm 5'8-5'9 and i ended up going with the large. I have a 30" orage jacket that i wear for everyday use but when it comes to skiing you should want your outerwear a little bigger because normal sized everyday jackets like my 30" orage jacket tend to look goofy and small when skiing. When i got to try on my brothers large saga from two years ago (same zipper length) i knew that the large was perfect for someone my size. So to answer your question i think you should definitely get large if you plan on using it for skiing which i assume you are.
 
im on the tall side of 5'10 and i wouild not recommend XL for anyone smaller. its freaking huge. goes all the way to the top of my knees.

I'd say syrup if you're choosing from those two. Unless you have the yellow saga pants the yellow from the Blast Off will clash and look really confusing and weird.
 
I'm pretty sure the back of the Blast Off is yellow witha blue stripe on the bottom judging by what the back of syrup looks like.

this is just an assumption though.

so i'd say it would look dope with blastoff with the yellow pants.
 
Yeah, if he has sagas yellow it will look good, if it's a different companies pant then I would suggest getting a jacket without yellow.
 
dude ! read the thread ! i got my darkside... and its black ! ... not blue it was just the prototype... and the interior is the same cartonnish as the rest... so NO BLUE on the jacket
 
yeah the only pants that go well with the blastoff are purple and blue. I went with purple, can't decide if I like it better than my ecto with blue pants combo tho
 
With the black friday thing where you get a free hoodie, does it just automatically add on or something? When I add it on myself after adding the full suit the price goes up..
