The 2010-11 Saga Thread

pretty sure theyre 1/2 inch shorter...had a L vest and it was on my L syrup then got an xl and like two inches of my xl jacket from last year hangout of the xl vest...

5'11". but i'll only be wearing it with my pants which are XL, so it will look good. I think large clothing looks retarded without other large clothing if that makes sense... like my jacket looks so stupid with jeans
 
I'm a bit disappointed with Saga. I ordered a thermal and a flannel and both came with a little bits of carelessness on them.

The flannel was already pilling in spots and had little red fluff balls on it. There were loose threads around the pockets and both the buttons and holes. Overall though, the things above are not a big deal. Just snipped the loose threads and plucked the red fuzzballs. I am going to keep this one.

The thermal there is are two loose threads poking out around the logo on the chest. That was only a minor issue though. The main problem is that it is crazy long. I thought it an xl was 31 inches (according to the size chat on Saga's website), but it is much closer to 37 inches (measuring from the top of the headhole/neckline). It does say xl on the tag too. This is ridiculous. I bought an xl of 31 inches long so I can wear it to school.

I am going to send the thermal back, and hope that they can send me a replacement. I am not angry, but justly disappointed.
 
i completely agree with this, i just didnt want to be the one to say it haha

same thing with my flannel..threads loose everywhere..also, the cuffs are mad tight, so the combination of the tight cuff and loose threads actually caused one of the buttons to fall off already.

and i got a richie thermal in xl, im 5'10 and it is like to my knees almost. it looks retarded.
 
Just keep the thermal for spring skiing. Like you said, sunglasses and tall tees.

I am probably going to stop buying from saga, twice in a row I have bought stuff, asked for them to mark it as a gift, and both times they didn't, which resulted in me having to pay tarriffs. For a small company, i think that should be pretty common curtosey for people in other countries who are supporting your business

Saga... start checking your damn emails, and use your head when you ship stuff out

That's not the point. I purchased it to wear it for school. They misrepresented the size on their site and frankly it is not what I paid for. I hope they can exchange it for something that fits 31 inches.
 
don't really know what you guys are talkign about... my flannel fits perfectly, and is really good quality so far. Its an XXL, and goes about half down my thigh, or less. However, I got the tenebaum thermal too in XXL, its realllyy big. about 1 inch above my knee, and i'm 5'11". I like it though. of course i'm not gonna wear it to school because that would look retarded, but i tried it on with my pants and it looks sweet

 
no, i live in stuttgart germany. i was at laax for the weekend. but i have been to verbier but last season when i didnt have this setup
