Around this time every year I start going nuts to ski again. It makes me feel sick like aI going to puke and I start driving everyone around me nuts about it. Obsessing about snow like it heaven falling from the sky, it's kind fucked up yesterday I put on my entire ski outfit including boots skis and poll just to remeber how it all feels on. My wife who is a snowboarder and semi nuts about skiing only half understands why I'm this retarded about skiing but even she is starting to get annoyed at me. so I'm wondering if there are others with this level of Jones for skiing and does anyone know if Poley Crabbe or wentworth has set possible dates for open.

i feel the same way, i want the season to start sooooooo bad i cant wait to get back into it. i keep on putting all my stuff for this year on and watching ski videos. But i am still a teenager and people expect obsesive compulsive behavior and stuff like that from us. and you seem to be a grown man, so way to keep it real and stay stoked instead of surendering to the 9-5. i hope i am still as inot it when i'm older, i am pretty sure i will be
Hey Backyard, it doesn't get any better I wrote my original and this message from my 9-5 job and its been along time since I was a teen. the only differece when you older is that you can skip work on snow days and still get paid for it.... I love paid sick time. The other thing is that you have more money for the obsesion. Currently I have 4 trips planned already Sunday river and Attitash is jan, Mont st Anne in feb, and sugarloaf in march. So at least you can look forward being old it doesn't suck completely.
