can anyone give me the link to that sick edit that went up a while ago... it was all jumps, black and white, and most of it was in slo-mo and filmed long lens. im pretty sure it was filmed in super 8, or maybe 24p. i think it was titled something about the film being untouched/unedited. sorry i'm not being very specific but it's all i can remember about it and i've already searched for a while...
 
I love super8 more than any other media format. maybe not 35mm, but I like it more than P2, DV, 16mm, etc.
 
By the way I think its so sick how you guys are shooting film! theres hundreds of am videos that shoot miniDV but you're rockin the super8! Plus that skiing was dope. Where was that shot? looked like tahoe.
 
we do rock super 8 for the look of it, and nothing looks better than film. we also rock the miniDV and we upgraded to hvx's for next year. But in all seriousness film looks better, and I'd rather shoot 16mm anyday over the minidv stuff.

and that was at Boreal's 90 footer in Tahoe.

you'll love them though! sick cameras, from the vids i've seen you guys put together it looks like you'll put them to good use

 
^ wouldnt really consider it HVX claim. seems like it is impossible to let anyone know what 3ccd camera your shooting it with without someone calling it a claim. but whatever i could care less...

the edit was really sick...i love watching film compared to DV stuff.
