There's no "New Mexico Forum" under the West section in the regional forums. How many other people from NM are even on here? I'm sure everyone will hate and say "New Mexico sucks" but there are plenty of people down here throwin down...
 
Sorry, but when I think about New Mexico I don't think about skiing. I wasn't trying to be a dick. N.M. Isn't known for its snow.
 
you dont go to toas to ski park. you ski the hike-to stuff and the moguls. the reason their park sucks is because there are much better things to ski there.
 
this has nothing to do with NS or skiing, but all the people I have met in real life that were from New Mexico were really cool.
 
I went to Taos last year and shredded some blades on the last day of skiing only then a board the next day and I had a blast.

It was like 50 degrees though with no snow pack...
 
Ruidoso has a decent park too (where im from.). just this year we got a 65 ft battleship box, a 45 ft rollercoaster box and an X-box. Our snow has been light this year so our jumps are small but at least we have something to throw 5s on.
 
it actually is..... its like two C boxes right next to one another with a little rainbow in there.....

supposedly we are one of the only resorts to have one......
 
Just as a thought, we have resorts in New Mexico. Its really great, we have snow and everything. A lot more Gapers than CO and UT.

Some of our resorts are: Angel Fire, Enchanted Forest, Pajarito Mountain, Red River, Sandia Peak, Sipapu, Ski Apache, Santa Fe, Taor, Valles Caldera, Cloudcroft..... to name a few....

I'd say we qualify as a "Ski State"
