That jump is killing people

there were six sled rides out yesterday. its a sick jump when you make it. but its fucking deadly. pete broke his femur on a cork 12
 
I saw Barnes do a 7... that turned into a 10 when he overcleared... i though he was going to be way messed bp. Luckily he walked away
 
yeah he went huge on that. he only had like 10 feet of landing left. that was so scary to just watch.
 
Wtf, what an idiot, when you're creeping up a huge lip like that you should know you don't have enough speed and bail, jesus hes lucky he didnt fuck up his knees or something.
 
well the thing is you would have plenty of speed coming down the inrun bet then really quick you would loose it all and not have time to stop. happened to me but i only came up like 2 or 3 ft short as opposed to that.

but yeah it was real wierd
 
actually he cleared it perfect all day until that run when him and another guy came up half way because it got slushy. they closed it after him. take it easy bro
 
the speed was really wierd, you would loose all your speed on the take off so it was almost impossible to judge. and than some runs you wouldnt loose that speed on takeoff and you would go way to big.
 
hahah, Park city builds jumps COMPLETELY different than mammoth does. The jump in question is rediculous, I never seen a jump built at mammoth built like that, and I skied there my whole life before i lived here.
