So, instead of bringing back the other thread I figured I'd just start up a new one.

This is in relation to the thread I started earlier asking for your guys' help to get my dad on Dragons Den. And sure enough, he got enough votes and will be on the show.

They are filming it right quick, Wednesday actually. My dad isn't that "cool" so it will be hard to get him to do a cool shout out to NS, and I'm off to the bush tomorrow, so there's not much time here. I'm working on getting him to put an NS sticker somewhere or say something small like maybe throw in "full tilt" in there... I don't know we'll see.

Anyways, they are filming on Wednesday, but the show won't be aired until October/November sometime. when the fall comes around I will let you guys know when it will be aired, if you wanna watch, who knows.

I guess I"m done with this. As I said, I'm off tomorrow, so if anyone can think of something my dad should say that would be an inside joke for NS, I'll try to get my dad to say it. Something like "do you know how to get to chads gap?" is too obvious and long, so something less noticeable.

not sure if you fully understand what exactly my dad has made and what it's for.

unless you own a ski resort - and if so, it's already available so what are you waiting for?

Sorry, i was under the impression that individual people bought them, and clipped them on to the lift when they got on, and used them that way.
I understand what you mean now, your dad's way makes much more sense!!!!
 
Congrats to your dad. I really think that's a great idea he has. Hope it works out.

I think when he's coming out on stage he should 180 and walk backwards afterbang. Either that or "where's that damn NS gang sign"? He could throw that if we could ever agree on one.

Maybe you could find him a Red Bull helmet, and he could not shave until then. He could come out on stage and just yell.

I think a few NS stickers on the product would be good enough.
Or he could say something like, " When you're on the lift you can place your robe and wizard hat in here...." [jokes]

But then they would ask him whats the sticker on it?

To which he would have to reply, its the logo for my sons skiing webite.

It wouldn't be porffesional, and wouldn't look proffesional.
 
I'm happy my vote could help! Although honestly i don't think he should do a shout out to NS because he should most likely try to be as professional as possible. Although it would be kind of cool. TO everyone that doesn't know what it is it is basically a basket that goes on the bar of a chairlift. You can put your goggles or gloves or something in it when you are going up the lift.
 
The original thread was called "My dad needs your help NS." It's a few pages down now. I think Drail mentioned that he was going to be off the grid for awhile. Here's the video:

He could be like:

Even though thats the the exact quote, atleast it fits instead of a random phrase somewhere.

this season I accedently dropped my glove off the lift. If only this product was around then.........
