Thall, AR6 or STL

sry for opening another thread, but I wanted more specific informations about these 3 skis, since I`ve decided to buy one of these.

Well, as I said its for 100% park skiing without pipe.

So, which one should I buy?

if its 100% park, drop the ar6. i lve the ski, i will soon own the ski, but its made with concessions to all mtn, so its heavier and harder to spin on technical rail entries. the other two are both park specific, so tak your pick - i liked the t-hall last yr, but i think the stl is lighter again, so if your only light yourself, maybe thats the way to go.

plus the graphic on this yrs stl is sick.

what's your height and weight? cause if your not a 14 year kid the ar6 will be great for park, it

ss still pretty soft, it butters easily and pretty light (if you think it's heavy, then you need to start working out, cause they are like 4 ozs more than the t-halls)

im 19 years old, almost 6ft high / 140lbs and not bad at skiing at all.

Why do all the pros ride the ar6 if the thall and the pipe cleaner are the real park skis?

The pros ride all the skis. When they're hitting huge park jumps you're likely to see them on the ar6 b/c it's a bit stiffer then the t-hall. I have this years t-hall and it's a huge improvement over last years. The extra width is awesome and they handle considerably better outside the park then the previous model. With the info you gave about your riding style and ability it's pretty much a toss up between the stl and the t-hall. I had last years stl's and thall's and found the 05 thall to be a better ski all around for my riding style (which is close to yours). Since the thall has improved this year and the stl has remained basically unchanged, my vote is thall's.

i've never ridden the t-hall, but i love my stl's. they're pretty light and have been great for both spinning on and off rails and butters, yet they're sturdy enough to provide plenty of support on larger jumps and all mountain cruising

i wouldnt go ar6, half a year on the ar5 and myne are shot (i dont know how much they changed between the two)

yea, ar6, i just got a pair and they are the best skis i have ever ridden. responsive and extremely light.

im gonna go and say stl. the 183 is bar none, the best riding park ski ive ever been on, and ive ridden alot of shit. both previous generations of the ski had major durability issues, but this year it looks like the kinks are finally ironed out.

thx a lot, i guess I m gonna buy the thalls.

Maybe I mixed something up about my weight, cuz I´m cerntainly not a pencil. (nor fat^^) My weight is something around 70kg, thought that meight be 140lbs?

I just got ar6s and i love them. they're really wide and easy to land stuff on, don't worry about their weight i can spin onto rails and switchup fine with them. they're sick plus nasty graphics

i could not be happier with the 07 t hall. it is fucking amazing. the stls are a dope park ski also. like said above you wana rule out the ar6 if ur skiing 100 percent park even tho they do well they are a bit stiff. i have the t halls with pivots and i wouldnt want any other set up. if i were you id try to find someone around the mtn who has ethier the stl or the t hall, hope on em and see wat u think

stls are unreal they have so much pop its not even funny and ive seen alot of people like i dont no what u call it where the skis look like a banana like my friend luke did it to his thalls in about a week and a half

i would have expected you to make such a retarded comment.

anyways, about the skis. i ride the stl's, so i'll vouch for them. amazing ski. super light and nice and buttery, but they are still stiff enough to be stable riding all mountain at high speeds and on big landings. really durable too. i don't really think you can go wrong with any of the skis you've mentioned.

if you are hitting huge booters a lot get ar6, (they are not heavy at all or hard to do technical rail tricks as said before) or for all around park the thall would be real good
