NS is my connection to the skiing world and i've had nothing but love for it since '02!
 
yeah john, stickiness.

ever since ive started going to this site ive been addicted. back in 2003 i think. pretty much the only site i go to for any kind of help, be it ski or nonski related. seriously, theses forums contain the same amount of useful random knowledege that like 30 other forums on the web combined give. if im stuck between which skis to buy and want to eventually get some good advice on them, it's ns time, if i have a problem with my computer, go here for help, want some music, go here, learn about peoples experiences with taking shits, look right here for a full bundle of joy. it's just crazy awsomeness.
 
exactly. I meet people who live close to me that ski that i would never meet without this site
 
Because its the best site on the net. From the begining I've been addicted to this place. I waste so much time on NS while I'm at work.

I don't know what the big fuss is about a few pros's quitting. People leave everyday. JAcob and Spriggs aren't pro interneters so I don't really care if they leave or not. NS rocks my socks and in my opinion nothing has to change. Long live NS.
 
there is sooo much information/entertainment

and if u have a question about anything that ever was... you'll get an answer from someone... even if its bs, then its just funny

I like the 420 forum. thats mainly why I am on here. I dont even ski!! I still participate in a winter sport tho.
 
i love ns because i can ask loads of questions about skiing because im a beginner. . and its the only good skiing forum i could find
 
i like the media sections, mainly digital art, i get some good ideas and suggestions on how to improve. its also about skiing, which automatically makes it awesome
 
If it wasn't for NS, I would have never tried design and I wouldn't know near as much about anything as I do, I've met alot of cool people too.
 
NS is like cigarettes, you think your really cool when you first start, then you get sick of it, and your on NS a disgusting amount, your hands always smell like crap cause they have been sweating from all the typing, but no matter how much you hate it and your friends criticize you for doing it you cant stop. you start to shake and snap at people if you havent gone on NS in a while. its a filthy habit but you cant stop.
 
I love NS because

1) Its awesome

2) Other skiers who I can talk to and relate with

3) It pretty much beats anything else
 
i learned how to crochet here, but mostly it was when i read this:

"Just shove your fist up her asshole. Girls think it's romantic."

that did it for me.
 
i learned about newschool here and its turned onto the best thing in my life other than my wife and kids of course
