hey ns!
the park i work for is doing a major rebuild this week, and my park manager asked all of his staff for inupt into features - so basically we all get to design one, and build it - so im looking to you, newschoolers for input into my design.
so post up a drawing, or autocad drawing, or even a microsoft paint masterpeice of cool unusual features that would be fun for everybody . lets think out of the box - but nothing like crazy stupid jon olssen stuff. haha

thanks ns! GO!

dude just imagine it

"dude did you see me slide that penis"

"fo sho dude, that was the sickest penis slide ive ever seen"

its always kinda fun to get a general consensus from your coworkers, but asking ns is kinda the same thing. so here goes. ill throw some ideas out as they come to mind, so they could be anywhere from great to worse than twilight the movie (lol? no i havent seen it).

golf course, hockey, ski lift jib, step up rail (those r fun), dragon c rail, thats all i could think of for structures.

i have some old autocad drawings i could get off a flash drive if you wanted, but i currently dont have access to the software.

andy shoe need like a tire jib or a propane jib

and maybe somthin like in such is life with the stepup stepdown / snow wall ride that would be sick

and E rail. can hit it straight on the long part then make lips onto the short parts of the E. shit could be legit

what's the name of your mountain? i wanna see like a jib with something with the mountain. for example my area is called great divide. so i wanna see them get two big letters, a G and a D, and have them for a jib or something. i think that'd be sick

were not realy looking to build new rails and stuff like that, just make cool unusual features with what we have.so far my best idea is like 15ft up rail to manual pad to gap.
just try thinginking of ways to make a normal rail-feature, different, think out of the box, and think of diffrent ways to hit regual features.

up box to gap to down box

we had one at snoqualmie for a bit.

10 foot kicker to down dancefloor box or whatever you call em, like a 3 foot wide box

a jump that you can go straight over or take to a hip

roller coaster rail

a tree bonk (like the one in hunting yeti)

a step up jump onto a manuel pad with a rail on the padwith a gap down to the landing.

a tall barrel for handplants

2 c boxes put together on an upslope so its a U rail (theres a sick one in WAR)

only put it on a spine and make stops on it so it doesnt slam allthe way down to the snow, but make it fall like 3 feet above ground.

side note, how does this kid manage to lose everything on him from that fall?

step up or step over

some sort of jib at the lip of the pipe for stalls and shit.

up box to step up (landing above the box)

log jib/stall thing

just throw random peices of trash around for jibbing. like car doors and shit. just leave em around for people to set up as they want.

there's liability issues with letting people set there own features up. that would be sick though

how bout an up box to gap with a down box on the other side, but put the down box a bit to the other side for transfers.

"Dude, Did you see that snowboarder tap that penis?" xD

II'm not really good enough at jibbing to know what you should build but that U-box idea sounds awesome :P

I think a set of small to medium sized really poppy jumps closely spaced are the most fun things. I would say go for that.

get ahold of some bumpy tubes and giant pvc tubes those things are tons of funbut as far as something you can make what about a decently big step up with a barrel bonk like 10 feet in front of the the lip so you can bonk it or whatever and coast over the knoll of the step upthat would be fun

I think something like this could be fun and not that difficult to build

I hope that worked
