thats what i was gunna ask. cant help but immediately think a skier might have gone bigger with the same setup - but im somewhat biased.

fuckin props to the boarder tho
 
that was at the arctic challenge, which is an invite only snowboard comp for top pro shreds. some skier should try to beat that, dumont or someone who boosts.
 
Isn't that the same hieght Jon got out of his qp hit in happydayz? Also Wilsoon should have hit that, he would have gone like 600 feet out. Not like he would land it, but it would be cool.
 
it almost looked like he didnt even mean to go 3...all his other attempts were 1s....i think he fuckin overrotated becasue of his grab
 
no, they destroyed it after the comp. Its a 10 min walk from where I live, so I know this. But Dumont went 12-13 metres high (terje's bs 3 was 9,8 metres) in the x-games training last year, and that was in a halfpipe. So I bet he would go atleast 15 in the TAC one
 
yeah dude not a chance, at the us open in stratton abe teter went 20 feet out with a 9 and it was the biggest i have seen anyone go in a pipe on skis or board.
 
Oh yeah, check out the "height meter" they have set up at the X-Games. It says he goes over 20ft. out but that thing isn't that accurate.
 
yeah it's actually in a math book. Simon dumont boosted 22 ft. out, setting the record for height in a pipe. It was the year he won before he lost to tanner when his "back hurt". He was sporting the red jumpsuit.
