Tendonitis?

Wow I keep fucking doing that.

Anyway. Anybody ever have it in their upper body? I get this cracking pain in my shoulders, wrists, forearms and elbows generally after lifting weights. Right now the pain level in my shoulder is getting bad and I'm thinking about consulting the doc to see what the fuxup.

A tendon is a tough yet flexible band of fibrous tissue. The tendon is the structure in your body thatconnects you muscles to the bone. The skeletal muscles in your body are responsible for moving your bones, thus enabling you to walk, jump, lift, and move in many ways. When a muscle contracts it pulls on a bone to cause movements. The structure that transmits the force of the muscle contraction to the bone is called a tendon.
 
In my elbow I generally get it from military press or doing hammer curls with a dumbell, so maybe contracting then extending my elbow is when I feel the pain. When I bench press around the 3rd to 4th rep my shoulder feels like its about to crack every couple sets and that combo'd with military press just fucks my day up, afterward it hurts to even hold out my arm.
 
i had a recent injury in footall a helmet hit my elbow and knocked the tip pf my elbow out and had to get orthrosopic surgery and b4 i got it the surgery it felt like when i move my elbow around it was cracking.If so if u have that pain theres a chip of ur elbow or shoulder floatin around.
 
It's not always cracking, ok heres the best way I can explain it. It's like pressure is building up in my bone, and when the pressure builds up alot it cracks and then it goes back to normal except now the part cracking is sore and alot weaker.
 
it could possibley be what i have. go to the doc and see whats up. when you do keep me posted i wanna see whats up with the problem. and u could be possibley lifting to much, or too much weight.
 
not tendonitis, well i think. ive had tendonitis in both of my wrists  and it doesnt sound like what you have, my elbow used to feel like it was going to pop when i did curls, but it pasted after a while, how long have you had it, do you ice it at all, your best bet would be to see a sports medicine doctor
 
doesnt sound like tendonitus. ive had it in my elbow before and you can feel kinda like a stinging pain or kinda like a needle poking. i dunno what is with the cracking but im pretty sure its not tendonitus
 
yeah dude, tendonitis sucks. i had it in my fore arm for like 3 weeks. it grinds and everything and it hurts like shit. hah. yeah it sucks
 
yeah, i had tendonitis during football season........ it really sucked. at times the day after a game i could barely walk..... and when i could walk and run i ran like a 5.5 40 instead of my usual 4.7........ if im not 100 percen in time for skiing season, im fucked.......... im suer ill be fine....... but rember it can all be cured wtih rice...........

i got it pretty bad in my right hand and it fucken sucks ass. it hurts like hell just pressure washing my car because i have to keep it contracted the entire time. got it in my left hand too but no where near as severe as the right hand so im always switching hands when doing shit like that.
 
becareful because tendonitis REALLY sucks. and really hurts. i have it in my wrists and elbows hard core.. so go to physio or someting right away
 
yeah i have it in my wrists and it sucks balls.they aways crack and then they hur like hell.also my knees fucked and i dont know if thats tendonitis or not.
 
Sometimes it feels fine and sometimes it gets to the point I can barely even hold up my shoulder anybody with tendonitis in their shoulder on NS? lol
 
i had it there. it sucked. really painful. just take a break from excercizing whatever hurts for a really long time
