Temporary/morning paralysis

so this morning i was laying in bed thinking about getting up when all of a sudden a ton of thoughts rushed into my head, my head was throbbing and my heart was pounding very very hard. i tried to lean forward but i just couldn't, i tried to move my arms...couldn't do that either, legs...same thing. all i could do was breathe. i even tried to call my brother and have him like move me or something but i couldn't talk. so i was just laying there trying to breathe for like 2 minutes unable to move at all. finally my heart slowed down and i tried to slam my arm forward and it moved. this was probably one of the most fucked up feeling ever not being able to move. i have heard about this on the radio before and they say its not a big deal just wait it out usually, but has this happened to anyone else?

you just slept all fucked up is all.....you just have to concentrate moving your body and it will work out.

well i was deffinetly trying to move, but the weird thing is that i had been awake and moving for like an hour just laying in bed THEN it happened.

this souns a lot different than typical "morning paralysis" where usually one of your appendages (typically an arm) is numb from sleeping on it. I would go see a doctor about this.

sounsd fucked up...sometimes ill be sleeping at night and my arm will go complety numb and i have pick it up will my other arm to move it

sometimes i wake up in the morning and cant move my legs, then i look down and realize my dog is laying on them
