Is it any good? I've never been impressed by Big White's park. And all the pics I've seen from this year look like its the same old bad park with tons of money and no talent building the jumps and rails.

It has a lot of flow actually and it will be bigger later in the season, i think it is going great and they are spending the money wisely.

i was jsut there for three days.
the park is good but not as good as it could be. however, it is the first time round so it will only get better. they havent detailed teh park yet. the jumps are really nice but the landings were a bit flat, but they beefed them up this weekend. there are only two big jumps though. at the top of the park there is a 6ft box beside a 15 ft rail. they both suck ass because it is a downslope onto the rails. after is a 12ft battleship rail and a a frame rail. not bad, small but fun. then there is a shitty ten ft table. here the park splits into the jumps or the rail line. down the jump line there is a 40ft slightly down rail that is 3 inches wide. its nice and it make phaser sounds when you grind it. then there is a jump with two take offs (25 and 30 ft) but it sends you quite high. next is a flatter jump with 40 and 45 ft options. then there is a 15ft flat to 25 ft down rail. huge disasters happening there. at the bottom is their fucked up 30 ft roller coaster s box. the angle are wrong so you hve to hit it super slow and nearly stop or really fast and grind the coping instead of the box.
going back up hill to the beginning of the rail line is a 20ft kink rail to a 12 ft left bank c directly to a right bank c. the first one sucks ass so you have basically no speed to hit the second oen which is decent, but straight across the hill. then there is the 15ft rainbow to flat, which is small but funa dn lame at the same time. then there is a ~20ft battle ship which is quite nice. below that is a super wide up flat up rail that is really slick and nice. its about ~20ft. we were trying to go up then down. its hard.
the kiddie park has multiple 5 ft boxes a little kink box and a litle rainbow box. a decent little table that you can go 15 ft on and two other sets of 5-10 ft tables. the first ones are basically step downs and the second ones are better.
never hit the pipes. the super pipe changes height a lot and the regular pipe isnt finished . the ripzone pipe comp was on but they sucked ass. it lookd liek the warm up runs for the special olympics

WELL, heres my story:
its the worst season in 30 years (literally) we've had here in Washington, so naturally i am leaving for 5 days in mid-late febuary...going to BIG white. so how is everythihng?? i see the last post wus on the 11th of january, but id like to know how the progression has been the past few weeks. ive been riding a lot of rayls, so id like to hear (truthfully) that they have a nice pipe, but if not then at least its a pipe as opposd to no pipe. o, and iim a snowboarder, so do the people up ther rip? just wondering, tryin to gather 'info'

Whats up yall, the park is getting pretty god lately, people can complain as much as they want og- but thats just because they cant throwdown, we had mike clark and the rossingnal guys here this week and hey loved it, , the park starts with a 16 foot flat box and beside it is a 24 dt down, the down rails is sick, the flat one is good to butter on, then the battle and a frame, a frame is good to slide up and 27 or 450 out. then a small table that is maybe 15 feet, then 40 foot flat then to big tables, wich are built up a lot bigger and have steep landings, then the same big flat down and the s box has been moved around to try and compinsate for the bad angles. then the rail ine has a down flat down that is pretty small but fun to hop on, the two c boxes setup bigger and a little farther apart, the flat to roller rail, then big battle, then a big up flat that is super fun

is that 16 box and 24 ft rail the same ones that were up top at the ripzone slopestyle? if so i would say they are about half that length

they have got 45cm in the past few days so its NOT cancelled. its going to snow in the next few days too. right now it is still on. i will announce if it is cancelled.
