Got a friend out there trying to get her to invite me. I have heard nothing but good things. I heard their park is pretty sick and BIG.

T-ride is one of the sickest mountian in colorado the skiing is great but contaury to what was said above the park pretty much sucks. they have a decent rail yard a few small jumps that are not built very well and they are yet to get a full sized pipe

YOU GOT SCHOOLED

telluride is fabulous. i went in jan and we got a shitload of pow too. i spent every morning skiing pow and every afternoon tearing the park. the have a nice park. the pipe wasnt up yet when i was there, but it was supposed to be a new superpipe this year. the park started off (when i was there) with a up-down rail, then a flat box. then a flat area, then 2 jump lines. there were 4 beginner (10-25ft) tables on the right side or 3 tables on the left side (first 2 were about 30-35 ft and the last one was huge, prolly like 45-55 ft with a landing like 100 yds long).then a shitty hip thing. then the rail section. prolly 10 rails total ending with a ginormous rainbow rail.

anyways, i loved it. they put a lot of work into their park and it shows. they were shutting down jumps in the middle of the day to rake them out and fix them up so they were in tip top shape.

if you get pow hit lifts 12 and 174 (i think) and go to the hike to terraign.

I was there in early January, 05 and the snow was amazing. I don't know what the conditions will be like next year, but the place has always offered a more "big mountain" vibe. Lots of steep glades and untracked snow. There is not a "new school" vibe outside of the park, which is kinda hard to get into b/c it is not serviced directly by a chair....You've gotta go all the way to the bottom just to get back into it. But the hits were huge, and well kept...all true what is written above. If they get their act together, they'll have the super pipe taken care of by next year, but they JUST purchased the pip dragon grooming thing this year. The park is definitly not on the top of the resort's priority list, but when your on top of chair 14 you'll realize why its not.

i thought the park was services very nicely by the gondola. you have to take off your equipment but it gives you a nice warm break between runs.
