So im going on a ski trip this weekend and I can either go to telluride or jackson hole. Does anyone know which resort has better snow/park?

Went to telluride couple years ago and we got decent snow while we were there and mountain was awesome. Never been to Jackson tho

Idk how the park is at the moment but they have a decent guy running it at tride for this year. Also jackson impressed me with how decent their park was a few years ago. And no idea on current snow conditions at either.

What are you closer to? Tride is more affordable imo

I was at Jackson last year and the park seemed pretty decent but I wasn't there to ski park anyway because its Jackson Hole but the terrain there is amazing and it seems like they have a good chunk of terrain open so far and according to their website it says they've gotten around 293" inches so far this season and Telluride's website says they have around 77" of snowfall this season with just over half the mountain open. I've never been to Telluride before though but I do know that they have a better park than Jackson Hole if that's important to you.

Given that there is very little snow in Telluride, you should go to Jackson. If it were a good snow year, i'd say go to Telluride. I have been to both and Jackson is very overrated IMO. It is super crowded, the terrain is great in spots but Telluride has better high alpine, better groomers, better park, and is basically empty (been a while since I've been there though).

I live just east of telluride and they got over a foot 2 days ago, but with that being said, I'd still go to jackson. THere is WAYYYYYY more snow there.

Jackson has a shit park and the lift lines on the weekend rival Vail. Not being sarcastic, this place has 250% of the crowds it had five years ago. I've been ski bumming here all season and I have spent three weekends in Bozeman skiing Bridger because I was so fed up with the amount of douchy tourists here.

So you're one of those guys that won't go to alta because there's no "park"

Lol what? I stopped skiing park the day I left Wisconsin. I don't ski Alta because they are pricks for not allowing snowboarders.
