Tell me about your best day this season

Too many legendary days for me to count, lots of bluebird saturdays and Sunday’s here in PA but a few that stand out are pow-park days spend taking endless laps in our long park, or a day or two where I skipped my Friday night class and went and took some slush rope tow laps into the night. Not necessarily the best weather days but those random days where you get in a crazy good groove and the laps are hittin are the best. Tell me about yours.

definitely the day i filmed my favorite edit it was just all round good preseason vibes with great temps and a nice sunset

Opening day back in December was the only powder day I had all season. there was 12 inches overnight, and a 6 inch base. Montana had one of the shittiest years in a looonngg time

I’ve had too many to count, but there was a trip in mind that really stuck out. About the week before Christmas. I took off a week of school and drove from CO to Targhee and caught their major early season storm. They got about 8 feet total in about 4-5 days and it was low visibility sleeper every single day. Some of the deepest days of my life.

Maybe today at Silverton, did an early morning heli drop, it had snowed for a few days straight without anyone else skiing that area. Not too steep, but definitely deep, plus the fun of the helicopter.

Early szn Fids, KB had to close after being open a day, Mont had two boxes for a park and HV had put in a flat boxe, down bar, cannon tube with a real big lip and real big landing, a good size knuckle. Everyone in WNY was in one spot In a soft well built park and it was all time! Slight drizzly and gloomy sky’s but my lord was everyone throwing down that day.

When u & the boys came down to snowshoe was one of them for sure. Must fun I’ve ever had hiking.

Showdown friday 5pm rope tow sesh / pond skim was the wildest hour of skiing in my life I loved every second of it. Our only deep powder day this year and not having any urge to hit the park at all just having the time of my life in the trees and lift lines with my friends who don’t really lap the park much so it’s so nice to ski with them and we are all endlessly smiling :)

Like the first weekend of march this year hit hard for sure. Typically there’s a only a few out of the whole mess of local riders out on any given day, but the whole weekend I was running into homies everywhere. That friday we got a game of slvsh with like 9 people going on our small park on one little tube. I was probably the oldest one there but all the younger kids definitely gave me a run for my money calling dub swaps but I enjoyed watching them all eat shit when I called backslides. Then saturday and sunday it was just hot laps through the big park the whole day and I got a shit ton of clips. I ended off the weekend hiking a challenge rail for hours and I lost track of time and got back to college late. I wish I could relive that weekend again

I had a few good days and they were all in the same week. Skied Chamonix Mont-Blanc with some boys here on NS(picture in "post a random picture" thread) and finish the day doing some laps at Brevent. Skied a day at la Clusaz, weather, snow and visibility wasnt the best but it was still a great day! Skied with my wife and teach my youngest(3), he got to ride his first chairlift at Brevent and loves skiing. To see the smile and little fire start in his eyes was/is worth everything to me. Now we are back at our home, skis are back in the garage and we are left to dream of next season.

hiking to the top of old ramshead at killi a couple times on a pow day or two weeks ago tossing my first backflip on a park jump when it was like 55° and sunny

Just got done with school and the most important exams of my life so my season is just starting. Just in time for spring skiing so the best days are yet to come ???

Day after a about 12 inch storm cycle got up and it was barely above 0 degrees but sunny so didn’t feel like it. Every chute had snow and every landing was a 1. Bridger cliffs were hitting and powder everywhere, and no one on the mountain.

Got my mutes down that day too and hit my first switch 180 off pierres liftline

I'll do a top three

1.first day, got over fear of rails,

2. Two days ago, hiked some PVC to good az music and learned allot of new tricks

3.some random Midwest powday where I skied alone to jazz and had a blast

Competing in Master Shredder for the first time and after that sessioning the 3 drop tubes at troll and landing a trick I never thought I was capable of

A couple Saturdays ago at Elm creek it was 50° and sunny. I slid a short fat tube for the first time and got 180s both directions pretty clean.

Best weekend:

Pow day at bridger on Friday

15 mile tour at big sky on Saturday

75 mile sled ride on Sunday

Will remember that weekend for the rest of my life

Weird season. We went from nuclear winter to spring in January. But I legit managed 2 of the deepest days I have skied on Hood in the last 10 years. One day stands out though with first chair on a waist deep low moisture content pow day. Scored some of the sickest deepest turns in 10 years.

back in January had 2 insane pow days at Boho, 10 inches plus snow globe branching which formed some very deep pockets on certain parts of the mountain

it was epic

A few weeks ago we got like 5 inches overnight but supposed to be around a foot. Went to killi in the morning with my boy, it was packed and pretty skied off by 11, left ate in my truck had some beers hit pico. Per usual empty, top was on wind hold but hiked to OP double almost every run then at 340pm they opened the top me and my buddy were first chair down the lift line just ripping hooting and hollering in a foot of snow. One of the best runs of the year. Got back to the truck at 445. Awesome day

Bunch of good days this year, but the one that stands out was a bluebird the day after a storm, and we got 3 friends out on the mountain that barely ever go, one dude hadn't been in over 10 years!! And he was shredding glades by the end of the day. Really nothing better than just being on the mountain with your crew, doesn't matter how good you all are.

The day I pulled up to the shitty hill 15 minutes from my house and they surprisingly had a fire setup.

Relearned every trick I know in about 20 minutes of hiking then went on to learn about 5 more.

park crew dude gave me a beer on the lift then next run I did a perfect safety slide b2 out an elbow rail in front of all the park riders there. Then I had to go home.

didn’t ski that got at all before that and the rest of the season. Not even close

Huge progression year for all aspects of my skiing. Best park day a buddy and I headed to St. Louis and stomped all my corks, backys and swaps all day. For pow at island lake lodge the homies and I where just sending everything. 25 foot booter coulda goal posted a tree but still sent er. Best street day was a nice jump gap up to a dugout to front flip, or a local street rail that Craig mcmoriss hit. Absolutely wrecked my factions that I’ve had for two seasons and learnt all my tricks on them. it’s my last laps this weekend then they get retired and hung up on my wall. Good times wow.

Went skiing like 5 times but all of them were amazing because even if I only got a little I was able to put out a few short videos so I’m happy

So many great days this season so far. Spent all my money on trips, but the memories with buddies are worth it.

Started out with a few awesome days at Mammoth in October. The entire mountain was open before Halloween.

Got some great 1-2ft pow days at Bachelor. Northwest chair freshies are as fun as it gets.

Skied some sketchy shit at A-Basin and Snowbird. Got to see a bunch of other awesome resorts throughout the west.

Also got into the backcountry this year and the views are insanely cool at every summit.

Spring day at Wild Mountain in MN, got my first backflip in a long time and did front flips on the big jump.

My first full day at Mt. Bohemia too, just endless tree runs on a sunny day

Best snow year in a long time at home base. A couple deep days in Reve mid-December and some great blue birds at Sun Peaks in March. Outside of being on the bench for a month with an injury it was a great season.

Havent had a single pow day this year due to the fact that im soon applying to dental school and got married but i did get to go to snowbird like 2 weeks ago on a perfect spring day and rip my 120 catamarans down chips for like 4 hours straight.. pure joy and pleasure right there.

This one sunny day at Copper, the lift lines were enormous, snow was mids at best, and the parking was so full, all the Copper village roads were used as parking. My skiing was also subpar that day.

Despite all that crap, this was my favorite day because I convinced my dad to step into his boots for the first time in two years (due to surgeries). He had brand new skis, the first modern skis he's ever ridden. When we got off the top of Super Bee and began traversing west, I could tell he had a lot of rust to knock off. He was also extremely out of shape and it probably took us 45+ minutes to get to Woodward Express. But he made it. His risk-tolerance was low so he just wanted to lap the park for a few hours and watch me.

At the end, we enjoyed some apres beers, burgers, and live music. We reminisced about old skiing memories and discussed plans for the future. When we left, he gave me the biggest hug he's given in a while and thanked me for convincing him to get over his fear of the pain and get out skiing. That was easily the happiest moment of my season, and I had a great season!

The last day I had at my local resort a few weeks back. It was a slushy spring day, the light was brilliant, I just cruised around, spinning 180s and shiftys off side hits. Since I've focused most of my season on learning and improving my tricks in the park, this was one of the few days I just skied around and properly enjoyed myself. It wasn't anything special, or my best performing day of the season, but it was definitely my favourite.

That made me teary eyed. You and Dad will remember this day for a long time.

My Dad won't ski but my Mom used to. She said she wished she kept her old equipment when I brought my skis and stuff home for show and tell. Her interest was awakened.

Love it man

Lowkey today my friend and I lapped the bowls at breck then hiked to lake chutes for the first time then just chilled and skied slushy bumps in the afternoon

Bluebird, -10, race day. Lots of energy from my performance optimized oatmeal my butler made me. Get to the resort in my limo. Put on my poc race helmet and shin guards. Strap into my lange boots and elan skis. Left turn, right turn, bam bam, hit all the gates. Lost to first place by 1/10th of a second. Made 10 tiktoks while waiting for Mom to pick me up for dance recital. Best day ever

Went to a mountain i had not skied in years. At the start of the day i was disappointed since the park was mid and i skied alone. Met some friends and skied with them, and more friends came all evening. Skied 10 hrs and ended up drinking coffee with an old friend before i drove home. 10/10 day. Was crushed the day after though

lil spontaneous line from that day

Watched Olympics rhythm pair ice skating nonstop and spent the next day on the hill in a glittery outfit swerving out figure skater moves. I felt SO ELEGENT
