Planning on moving from Seattle to Bozeman early September. Hoping to ski Bridger in the winter and big sky in the summer, and get a sled. Tell me about bozeman and Bridger. (I'm not going to MSU)

How is traffic to the MTN?

How busy is it on weekends and weekdays?

How's the sled access?

Where are some good places to eat?

What do you mean ski big sky in the summer? Maybe you meant to put bike. BS biking is pretty dope. Bridger quite busy weekends. Big sky pretty busy holidays.

Bridger is a fun mountain, lotta good stuff packed into a small resort. It’s pretty busy on weekends but it never gets bad unless good snow rolls through. Make sure you get a beacon so you can ski sluschmans cause it’s a hoot and a holler of a lift.

as for food I mostly eat town and country discount meats but the taco bus, roost fried chicken, and pickle barrel are pretty bitchen places to eat.

Yah biking in the summer. Just got back from a trip and it was pretty good

Bozeman sucks I heard.

No but really, bridger is dope just so long as you have beacon otherwise the terrain you can ride is super flat. Sled access is killer in fairy lake and lots near big sky too. Big sky bike park is rad for dh, copper city is the place to be if you want to pedal. I've got some bridger videos on my profile that give some perspective into how gnar bridger is

There are two statues of Sacajawea in Gallatin County. One on North 7th, the

other in Three Forks. This Shoshone girl was instrumental to the Lewis &

Clark Expedition, particularly when they were in SW Montana. During the

return journey, it was Sacajawea who led William Clark and a portion of the

expedition through the Gallatin Valley, and eventually over the Bozeman pass

to the Yellowstone River, which they followed to reunite with those members

who had gone with Meriwether Lewis. The expedition may not have succeeded

without her.

You can drink and gamble all night long, take a 5th and a to go cocktail from the bar with you to drive to the mountain- but leaving the BC gate without a beacon would just be irresponsible ???

I was out in Bozeman in March to tour MSU and I ended up only being able to ski for 4 hours at bridger bowl before they closed for the season because of coronavirus, but I still didn't really feel like it was a waste. The terrain is super cool for such a small resort and the hiking terrain was super fun as well.

Hey!!! Shoot me a DM here or on IG. I’ve lived in BZN for seven years now, and have a sled.

How is traffic to the MTN?

Bridger? The line can get long, but it isn’t too bad. I avoid it on weekends though, getting pretty slammed imo. We really have only one access to BB so traffic is real.

How busy is it on weekends and weekdays?

weekdays are great, really not busy at all. Some weekends it’s pretty chill and what not, but if there’s cold smoke be ready for lines, nothing like CO or Tahoe but it’s getting pretty busy compared to 7 years ago.

How's the sled access?

SOOOOOOO good so good

Where are some good places to eat?

what do you like to eat, there’s quite a bit here. I’m cheap and like T&C

I drove through once and [tag=158507]@safarisam[/tag] showed me this cool burrito place. Bozeman has good burritos. I wish I was able to stay longer.
