i just called a call from a telemarketer asking if she cood speak to my dad.

i said ya just a sec...set the phone down then just kept doin my thing...i kinda forgot about him and then i was like oh better get that...ten minutes later i say sorry i just walked around the whole block and cant find him he must be at work

got any funny stories?
 
ask them if they can hold and dont wait for their response, then set the phone down next to the radio.

owned? lol i gave a democrat an earful one time, we stopped getting calls after that ;)
 
say your busy and ask for their home number.

when they say they cant do that say

oh i guess you dont like people calling you at home now you know how i feel.

haha its from seinfeld it goes something like that i always thought it was funny.

i normally just hang up though
 
haha i know someone who , whenever a telemarketer calls and askes for her husband she starts crying and says he died. funniest thing iver ever seen.
 
i learnt to just give the phone to my little brother and he swears his head off at them or makes up really sad stories about out parents.

he loves it, it shuts them down, and i dont get anymore calls. win win situation
