thats stupid. ppl shud be able to trick or treat, as long as theyre still considered a teenager. scaring kids isnt a legitimate reason to forbid older kids to go out, and fining them is bullshit.

Well I'm a sophomore in college who doesn't exactly have a lot of money, so I will most likely be trick or treating as a 19 year old.

my guess is that the cops won't enforce it that hard unless they get a call that some kids are legitimately causing fear. Idk fuck Illinois
 
last time i went trick or treating, some houses refused to give me candy because i was too tall.

i was 13. being tall doesnt help with everything

this year i will probably hide behind a bush and scare people

Sidenote: I don't think everyone gets blacked out drunk if they can't go trick-or-treating. I stopped going with I was 13, but I never got blacked out on halloween until I was 19. Then again I was more into good clean fun back then, now I am basically an alcoholic...

I can't believe people are bitching about being frightened on Halloween. Isn't that the whole idea behind Halloween. When I was 16 my friend and I would go door to door. When people answered the door he serenaded them with a mariachi tune on his guitar and people hiding in the bushes would yell ARRIBAAAA and we'd take off running into the night. Most fun I've ever had. This law is retarded.
 
haha i know it just reminded me of how much most kids suck now. so i felt like i needed to bitch about it. and any form of movement is good for fat kiddies! if they dont eat that candy they will just get their food fix from something in their regular diet, probably doughnuts.
 
age limits on trick or treating is proposterous! our founding fathers created the bill of rights so we could have the freedoms of doing whatever the fuck we wanted. everyone loves candy, you can't exclude people from enjoying an american tradition because of their age. i have an id that says im 22... am i gonna have to buy one that says im 11? no. because 11 year olds dont carry identification./stupid rant
