Teddy Knape Celebration of Life

This is not a formal event, but a chance for all of Teddy's PNW friends to get together and celebrate the fact that we all had the rare oppurtunity of knowing such a wonderful person.

We will meet at the White Salmon base area at Mt. Baker in the cafeteria at 10:00am Wednesday March 15. We will ski all day, then return to Bellingham to have a Hot Dog and Slurpie party at 5:00pm at my house.

I'd be there but i'll just be getting into Tahoe wednesday moring. I'll ski some pow and drink a beer to celebrate Teddy's life.
 
I wasn't really a friend of teddy's, but i trust you guys will do a mighty fine job of making sure his legacy lives on. from what i've heard in the past, and from what i've heard just in the last few days, teddy is truly someone I wish I had met incredibly badly. I'd like to send my best wishes and hope everyone has a sick time like i imagine teddy would want.
 
Dude, Teddy is my idol, He put 100% into everything he did. I can't believe that this could happen. This has effected his family soo greatly I hope we can come together and help his family recover..... RIP
 
im going to try and make it. My car doesnt make it when there is snow on the ground so if someone wants to hook me up with a ride that would be tight and my whole body is just a piece of shit. BUt its all worth it in memory of a guy like teddy.

Hey, I'm up in Whistler and would really like to make it down there.

If anyone has extra room in a car going from either whistler or vancouver please let me know and I can get down to the city and meet you and go down. Can for sure throw in $ for gas. pm me and I can call you or give you my number or whatever. (need to get back at least to Van too) Thank you to anyone who can help me out.

I can't make it up to the mountain that day because of finals but I'll be over for the celebration afterwards.

You don't need to be at baker to be a part of Teddy's Celebration of Life. Go ski and drink some slurpees with a big cheers to Teddy, I'll be doing this from tahoe.
 
I am not going to be able to make it down to Baker but I am there in spirit and will be celebrating the wonderful person that touched so many... Teddy, yesterday I went and skied a couple laps and then had a beer in the Roundhouse for you buddy. Skiing and beer. I wish you were there.
 
wish i could have been there zach, hope it was a good time. i skied for teddy today in laax.
 
I'm in Tahoe, so I can't make it. I found out two days ago. Coincedentally, I woke to fresh snow in Reno, and debated driving up to Alpine. I skied for Teddy. I'll be skiing for Teddy for a long time. Jeff, Zach, we'll do something when I get back up there. Hopefully soon. If you guys need anything just let Lindsay and I know. She's in the area.
 
thats awesome I wish I could go. I didn't even realise untill earlier this week that I ski with Teddys brother, what a terrible thing. Hope this event is a blowout
