I watched the first one about crows and it was really interesting. That would be cool if they eventually trained crows to pick up garbage and stuff in exchange for food.

I've been watching the recent uploads this week and it still amazes me to see what kind of amazing ideas people come up with. These talks are super inspiring :)

thank you for bringing this website to my attention. I watched the videos you displayed and thought they were incredibly interesting. I look forward to visiting ted.com and watching more videos.

i love ted.com

totally used to watch a video every week and thought i was smarter than everyone else haha, one of the talks about creating custom cells that can break down co2 and be used in all kinds of things was epic, lemme try to find it

ok AMAZING go hear and listen ot everything he has to say about synthetic lifeforms and alternative fuels

theres a really good talk by an artist who makes these mechanical creatures that harness wind power, store it in plastic bottles, and walk. basically he reinvented the wheel and created a contraption that weighs 2 tons, doesn't have any wheels on it, and can be pushed my one man. if anyone else has seen it refresh my memory, i think the guy's last name is johannsen

You guys should have read my blog then, I posted it in their a while ago :P

I felt it needed to be bumped though so I searched for an old thread to bump and look what happened, more interest!

Anyone else impressed by Brain Greene in the last video and how easy he made it to understand that crazy idea? Job well done!

he's the one, thanks a lot man. i first saw a video of his on youtube when i was on shrooms, and my mind was blown. its good to know someone else knows about him

bump because this site is really inspiring. Everyone should check it out and learn something new. Some really great ideas on there.

I went to Ted X in boston. They put the best ones online but there are thousands that arn't

I'd suggest going to one in your local area if you have the chance.

Very inspiring

really legit. always watch them in AP Environmental Science, and they are pretty sick.

Supposedly to get a seat at the one in Washington D.C. its like $25,000 a ticket, since there are speakers like Hilary Clinton and Bill Gates

i know what your talking about it , cant seem to find it tho.

Ted talks are the best, basically every talk is worth your time.

I enjoy most of those TED videos a lot. They make you think, good to watch on long drives and flights.
