Basicacaly, a barani is a front with a 180 when you are upside down. just thow a front and when you are upside down roll your shoulder.

still, it does not tell me if someone ever landed a barani to flare or flare to barani on a tramp.

andf winterwill, if you want to get lot of air, just put some water on your tramp

i can stomp baranis like nothing. its probly just cuz i learned how to do regular fronts when i was like 6. so i just threw a 180 into it this year. i dont get very high off the tramp tho. ahh well. when ur taking off with ur flip keep ur head looking to the way ur flipping, then throw ur body that way when ur upside down. u should turn around

A barani to back is called a wild turkey. mcconkey named it that. even though no one has landed it on skis yet.

barani to back...that's nuts.... That would be so hard cause to throw the back to would be in a different momentum of motion to throw the back....not like a d-spin to back lets say(risky flip)

quebec, I've heard of people doing barani to flare in gymnastics, on those big gymnastic trampolines. I think in their language its called 'half in half out' or something like that. I've never heard of a jibber doing it before.

I think I saw some dude do a flair to switch barani to back full in an arials comp I was watching on tv. it wan't too impressive.... just the same as the others....

Baranis are really easy to do. easier than fronts. just start exactly like a front flip, but as you go completely inverted, keep looking at the landing, and turn your head to the left a bit while extending your right arm, and pulling in your left.... this motion will set the rotation perfectly, and you will just come around. just keep looking at the ground. later

THose aerialist are damn good with gymnastic trick.

And wen we say barani to flare, it means that you do them in the same jump.

Someone said it would be really hard to do, but your momentum would be going the same way throughout a barani to front or flare to front or whatever.

Hmm... you're right wntrwll. You could almost think of it as a double front 360.
