So I found a screaming deal on these boots and I've been checking them out for a while. I was just curious if anyone here has a wide foot like me and how the stock liner and wide foot dealt with the low volume shell. Im going to end up with a bootfitter here soon but just curious what NS thinks!

Edit: my current boots are 102mm last

They're a great boot if they fit. That said, 99mm last probably isn't ideal for a wide foot. Doesn't hurt to try em on, but don't let a good deal fool you into buying boots that are gonna kill your feet.

I have them and they hold a punch really well, so although it'll take work, I'm sure you can make them work. I have a weird bone spur that's developed this year and had no issue putting a big punch in.

The liner isn't particularly compressable during heat molding (I view this as a plus, it's very dense and therefore doesn't really pack out), but on the plus side, it has grindable material in some of the key areas. I, for instance, ground the tongue pretty significantly over my instep.
