We spent a good part of the last few weeks putting together a season recap edit with Taylor Seaton. After blowing his ankle this summer Taylor has been working his ass off to get back in the pipe in time for X Games Superpipe tomorrow. The bad news is, I just had to post it from the hospital waiting room.

Taylor when you read this tomorrow know that the whole company is feeling for you and we hope you can pull off an even faster recovery this time! And since you didn't get to see the final version yet, enjoy:

hey, droppin in from da aspen valley hospital, I WOULD JUST LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THE SUPPORT AND RIGHTEOUS VIBES! yesterday during pipe training i felt it was time to do a top to bottom run to get ready for today, on my 4th hit i went fairly large, pulled my ski off in mid-air and tried to ski it out, unfortunately i lost grip of my pole and it got caught in front of my self and i took a blow to the chest. luckly it did not penetrate my skin, all yesterday i felt i was going to be fine and it felt like someone had punched me in the stomach. but last night i started feeling a very harsh pain and couldn't sleep, Orage then brought me to the hospital at 1 am this morning and i got a ct scan. turns out i did some damage to my liver and have some minor internal bleeding at the moment. Im really bummed i had to pull out of the comp considering i've only been skiing pipe for less then a week since i got back on snow. I would like to wish all competitors good luck and hopefully ill be back soon! it was good to be back skiing wiff ya'll!
