Is there any tax or customs when you order something from US - Canada(BC)?

In this case it´s ski clothes.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes. Depending on who it is shipped through, there may also be other fees associated. I would anticipate GST + PST for sure. Likely no duties, possibly brokerage and/or handling fees (these will be reduced if you use US Postal Service, but not necessarily eliminated). I get things shipped to Point Roberts, as normally I can get free shipping in the US, and I know there will only be taxes on the items. The slight inconvenience is worth the certainty for me.

It's pretty complicated. There are a ton of rules, and sometimes the customs guys don't even follow them. It's safest to just assume that if you're paying more than 100 bucks for a shipment of anything from the US, it will be taxed. Might pay 10 bucks, might pay 25. I've bought hundreds of things from the US and it's a total crapshoot as to what will happen with a particular shipment.
