I like it. Was stoked that it came out good being stick and poke bamboo on my damn foot. Prolly gonna get another from the same dude eventually. The elephant I like but was more I was drinking in thaliand and didn't have a tattoo so me and some girl went and got tatts cause yolo. I dont think id trust myself with a machine. I'd need to childproof lock it. Or put a breathalyzer on it

I’ve also got two shitty stick n pokes that say ‘pedal’ on my left thigh, just below my tan line, and ‘send it for satan’ on my left hip (courtesy of [tag=129653]@FBGM[/tag] with [tag=139143]@broto[/tag] for company).

The compass came out really well damn I’ve been thinking about getting a tat for a while I have a broken collarbone that I got surgery on and I kind of want to get a pair of scissors right next to the scar

If you like the idea and have for a while youd prolly like it. Just go to a good shop and don't be afraid to be fussy about what you want, placement, size, design etc. It's your body.

I also have a collarbone scar from surgeries. Ive just left it though. Ive convinced a few dumb people it was from a bar fight.

Also don’t be afraid to request multiple mock-ups/templates once you’ve clearly verbalized what you want - they’re quick and easy.

Yeah. Im one of those people that will eat the food even if its wrong if its something i like. But on a tattoo gotta get that shit right.

Any legit shop will be super good about it.

Also worth noting, some people are better at certain things. Also if you like their style maybe see if they have any suggestions snd stuff etc. Idk.

Im glad i didn't get any in highschool or college but i dont care now. May never do arms or torso but will prollly keep em going on my legs. Im getting my next ine whenever I go back to thailand but that prolly wont be this fall.

Im not sure what kind of shading I want but i know what im getting where and how big etc.

Idk what im talking about so ima go back to drinking whiskey

Probably not but I disagree. Idk. I'll probably do my legs up before I ever put anything on my arms chest or back. Idk. I;m just not into the upper body ones for myself. And I wear short and sandals whenever I can so it's not like they're hidden.

Can we agree that face tatts are dope af though?

I'm not into permanence wother. I'm glad I didn't get anything when I was young. But honestly we're all gonna die. A lot of my body ill probably never tattoo but I'm also probably going to get more.

The compass rose I got I thought of sitting at the bar in thailand, rode over to the shop, put a deposit down the next day and have regretted never 2 years later.

I don't even like sticking semi permanent glass on cameras and screens. Or anything like that. But sometimes you just know.

But if you dont want anything or think you'll regret don't. I just found it interesting that I hate permanence but don't regret my tattoos. Something that surprised me even to some extent.
 
If you’re selective about who you get tattooed by, and take care of your skin (wear sunscreen or whatever) a solid tattoo will look good for until you’re old and saggy. And at that point everyone looks like shit so who cares? Good artists who are proud of their work will give you touch ups whenever if you get spots that start to fade. I got my first tattoo seven years ago and it’s still clean as fuck, never needed a touch up.

Check back with me in twenty. If I’m still alive, bet my first tattoo will still look clean as fuck.

Also weird with the societal "tattoos look shitty when you're 80". Ill prolly never be 80 and if I am Ill be way too drunk and probably have dementia and shit. The tattoo won't friggin matter.

Not getting yolo tattooed on my face but.otherwise fuck it yolo.

Hello Kitty flipping the bird on my palm, had it done about 7 years ago 3 different times throughout the years. The way the skin is on your palms and bottom of your feet, always shedding. It is/was full color(white, black and pink), looking for a picture from when I first had it done, will post when I find it.

wasn’t the worst. they tape the hands down and open and not being able to move helped I think. my tattoo artist did win $10 that night bc the guys in the shop bet first that I’d change placement, and then that I wouldn’t be able to sit through both in one night.

the small one that took 15min on my butt cheek hurt so much more imo
