I'm doing something like this.

Getting the triforce in a few months and then link a few months after that.
 
Get a Japanese symbol for A word or phrase with a deep spiritual meaning to you, and then every morning look at it in the mirror while you meditate.

Your getting a tattoo man, it has to be something with a lot of meaning for you otherwise your going to regret it 20 years from now. Don't ask for ideas unless it's help designing a tattoo you already KNOW you want. Getting flash off the wall of a tattoo parlor is for tools (case in point, I overheard this kid talking about a star wars lego character he had tattooed on his arm "everybody asks me why I got it and if it has some meaning to me, haha no, I just got it cause it was fucking funny"). Getting a tattoo of something that means something to you is the only respectable way to do it.

If you have to ask NS for advice on what you should get permanently inked on your body, you are clearly not old enough to get a tattoo, or are fucking stupid.
 
as a rule of thumb, it's probably not a good idea to get a tattoo if you dont even know what you want it to be

that being said... i am starting to look around for some sort of simple/elegant but dope design to put on my arm to commemorate one of my bros who died, and serve as a visual reminder to myself everyday to appreciate what i have
