so ive been thinking of gettinga tat lately , and want something semi meaningful at the very least, what i was thinking was.

down my back, on the right side of my spine, looking to keep the prices down so crazy designs aren't wanted, i wanna keep it simple and meaningful. but make it look like art as i intend it to be.

thanks to anyone who would be kind enough to photo shop/draw some stuff up for me +K as well...

scriptish, would like it to be like 7hx4.5w inches also thinking of going on the right shoulder same style, or "classic" (lol is that possible?) his dob/dod/initials, all b/w no filler on any, but not opposed to spaces in the script as long as it woudl look good just black.

Well, for a tattoo like this asking others for ideas really won't serve the purpose of getting a tattoo. What is meaningful to one person isn't meaningful to others sometimes.

Also, asking NS "I need help on my tattoo/I need ideas" is never a good idea.

Now, if you had a phrase or poem type thing thought out that you wanted tattooed on you and just needed help on how to design it NS is generally better.
 
noooooo i ment i want to get that tatooed, not asking for what to get on me, just was kinda of thinking aloud about how i wanted something meaning full, i AM looking for designs ie cursive/script... if anyone would be so kind. the design would just be vertical as its writen on teh page just wanna semi design the letters, and maybe keep a theme with the script if i get my gamps initials/dob/dod.
 
Seriously though, why would you ask NS about a tattoo? Even the people who don't troll your thread probably don't know shit about shit when it comes to tattoos.

Do yourself a favor, talk to an artist. Tell him your idea and then tell him how you would like him to elaborate on it. It's what they do, and generally they're good at it.

Also, check out an artist's portfolio before you even have them make a design. There is no idea so good that a bad artist couldn't make it janky.
 
true, as of now thus is all speculation i need to get a job first haha, and ik a good shop back home in ny, but in in school in fl now, so it wont be getting donetill im back there sometime no matter.

well that came out the opposite of what i typed. i typed it so that it was all crooked, but now i just look like a horse's ass.

you should something that symbolizes idiocy right on your forehead, because that seems like a pretty meaninful personality trait that you got going. as far as i can see anyway.

(ps next time try asking someone you know personally maybe? or just getting something that is meaninful to yourself because an internet forum about skiing is definitley not the place to turn for something like that.)

make the first part in old english letters, second in japanese text and third in backword frontwards writing. that should cover all you bases for dumb tattoos.

It's simple:1- check out for tattoo parlors on the net2- right down allthe artists you like3- go see them4- they will give you REAl advice
