Tar and Feather

I need to tar and feather someone.... but I need a good alternative to actual tar

the mystery item needs to be sticky, not hurtful (doesnt burn), and has to be able to buy in bulk

Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, he tele skis but is into the whole freeskiing scene...he comes on here as a guest once in a while to check the pictures and whatnot.
