i am glad that t acted the way that he did.

A. because he should have won, hands down

B. it shows that he actualy cares.

C. it shows people who saw it that skiing is more than just hanging with your friends. it is his job and when he gets screwed it is ok to show some emotion. he didn't get all pissy and bitch about anything. he showed his dissapointment through his actions and words, and kept it professional. he congradulated simon and that is all that could be asked for.

i enjoyed his run as well as simon's. between three judges tanner's score was of by 2 points; that's .69 points difference for three categories (style, amplitude, technical) and three judges. tanner got what he got and someone had to win...the shit was close.

1st off there is way too much focus on amplitude, sure dumont went big, but his landings and transitions weren't smooth at all, tanner much smoother and fluid but i'll agree he should have had a better unntty trick in there, def not a 1st place run. Jon's run was insane.. absoloutly perfect and smooth i would much rather see that then dumont flying around like a god damn squirrl. i wish jon could have stomped that unntty 9. and there was to much emhasis on god damn 1080's ya tanner 10's are sick but a unnty 7 just as big landing switch? def just as hard if not way more difficult, and he didn;t get the same props for it cause it wasn't as much rotation.
