This Tanner Hall character has no style what so ever. He just uses the gorilla to cover up for his horrible skiing ability. He shouldn't of won any of the comps this year. Jon definetly threw down way more style then him. The judges couldn't deal with the style that was thrown down by Jon. Tanner should quite skiing and go to snowlerblading with all of the other people who can't handle the style Jon is bringing.

i agree that tanner didnt deserve (ALL) of the comps he got and that JOn has crazy beautiful style. but tanner is a good skiier in my opinion

judges just need to realize that their are different styles. it seemed for a while it was all mute grabs and lately it's been safety's/lui kangs. i think why some people get the shaft is because lots of judges think tanner is setting the level so what he does is the best. but really other styles like jon/candide can/are better.

as much as I try to deny it (see siggy below), tanner hall is a great skier. his video segments are really progressive and his bag of tricks is extensive. there is definetely too much hype surrounding him but he seems like a nice guy in his interviews when he's not trying to be all gangsta.

tanner is amazing, i dont care what anyone says. he has the best style out of any skier and just watch any movie segment or any of his runs, the guy is amazing.. but i will agree that olson's run was probably better than tanners

 
id say jons run at the open was better that tanners, but not at the x games

ya last time I checked 180's off cliffs into pow, dspin 1080's, switch 450 disaster to 270's off, and switch dspin 9's in the backcountry (and that was all last year) would make someone a good skier

i agree wit bigskia, judges definately lean towards him too much. hes a good skier but the gorilla shit is a little goofy.

a couple of friends who have skied with him say hes a real prick and into himself. but all i can say about him is hes another goofy lookn person that has a load of talent

 
not to mention his zero off a cliff into about 3 feet which in my opinion is prolly the most prog thing i have ever seen. Also his 270 onto the down rail in the open was the smoothest rail trick i think i have ever seen. but yeah i also agree that his name gets him places taht other people deserve more

 
The way i see it there was a reason he gets the places he gets cuz he established himself and thou Jon has sick style, the judges will lean until the bar is raised by someone new.

 
tanner is the fuckin best right now because he is the most confident and most consistant....and while you guys are in here talkin shit about how he shouldn't have won all those comps, all he is doing is getting even better and more dialed
