Candide - born 1982

Candide - 2 x-games gold medals (pipe, slope)

Tanner - smokes weed

Candide - smokes weed

Tanner - broke ankles at Chads

Candide - hit chads gap at age 17 with dspin 720

Candide - owns Candide Camera show

I would have to say I like Candide better however.
 
Why would I ever choose? They are both legends whose classic segments I will never tire of watching and our sport wouldn't be the same without either of them.

I'll go with Tandide Halvex.

Ya and since when did Tanner stop skiing park? Did you watch the THC show or even hear about his plans for the Olympics?
 
Candide for me. His technique is better, his style (in my eyes) is better and his balls are way bigger. Also much more innovative. T-Hall is the man but Candide is a cut above

Candide. He slays WAY harder than Tanner. Let them ride the same mountain and Candide is down by the time Tanner made his second turn.
 
Oh and don't give me shit that Tanner only makes two turns to get to the bottom. I'm talking gnarly mountains that even Ligare would make turns on.

Tanner is more versatile, but Candide's style is more unique and he's slightly more invincible and consistent. For example, I doubt it would have taken him 3 tries to cab 9 the I-80 jump.
