Tanner Hall's message to Henrik Harlaut

i still can't wrap my head around how huge this trick was. It's just fucking mind blowing, yeezzirr thall and edollo pushing the limits
 
At the end when henricks on the podium look behind him and see how many skis are in the air. Idk just noticed it after like the 5th time watching
 
That was fucking incredible. Holy shit that woulda had me trying a nose butter trip. This video is going to be alongside Wallisch's superunknown vid in 5 years as one of the landmarks. So much respect for those two, never been so happy for a stranger.
 
I love the shot of Tanner at the end where he is just smiling and nodding his head in approval. He really has invested a lot in Henrik and it was cool to see how proud he was of his prodigy.
 
This just shows how good of a skier henrik is, flat out stomping a trick on the first attempt, and a triple at that.

The trick was crazy but i think its so sick that he originally wanted to win this thing without a triple. But thumbs up to tanner for that motivation. That video was tight butthole.
 
ya, i was reading somewhere that is was a throwback sort of move that the Armada founders/riders did when someone that rode for Armada podium at an event.
 
true talent. didnt even think twice about it.. all winter he was skiing tiny ass rails on the east coast while all the other guys were in Colorado training.. shows you how talented he actually is... blows my mind

I skied with him at peek n peak ny on the 18th and they were talking about how he was leaving like 2 days after to goto x

Just goes to show Henrik is a fucking amazing skier
 
Damn!! I wanted to post this to NS but props to you for doing it. But that video is so rad! Gets me sooooo stoked!! Henrik is unbelievable and Tanner is just too cool what a good guy. "And you know what Henrik, FUCKING SEND IT SON BECAUSE YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR DOING!" "LETS TAKE SKIING TO THE NEXT LEVEL, AIN'T EVEN SNOWBOARDING GOT THAT."
 
YES, one of the reasons why henrik is a BOSS. skiing tiny hills with shitty snow parks for 2 months, while every other "athlete" is out at breck practicing there doubles, henrik is on a whole other level it's not even funny. ANd you know what's cool, he just did the gnarliest jump trick in the history of skiing, and he did not look like a robot, he actually had mad style
 
Haha that was awesome! Hell, I would've gone for it if Tanner had given that speech to me. I would've died, but there wouldn't have been a choice.
 
this is why thall is the man. he knew harlaut would have won with the tricks he was doing but it wan't about that. even when he's not skiing, he's still pushing the sport.

Tanner Hall is such a dude. His and Henrik's attitudes to the sport are totally inspired (apologies) and shows the soul of freestyle skiing remains alive and well.
