This is little bit of a rant/stating my own opion. So if you dont like then dont comment! Well three weeks ago people were saying how is is a little punk bitch and that he is so bumptious. And last week and this week since there has been some sweet vids of him in austria and him do some crazy stuff. Pick and choose ur sides guys. I bet he is goign to do something stupid and everyone going to be like I HATE THAT ^%*@. PLEASE DISSCUS UR OPION ON THIS!!!!!!!
 
it had nothing to do with that video. its been changing for weeks now. after xgames. that was the point i think alot of people started to realize shit. just forget about it. as the guy said before. skiing isnt about sides. who gives a shit. ski to love man.
 
agreed. The change for me was the video in Jon's blog of the powder awards. I mean the guy had just won x (and totally deserved it) and then had won pretty much everything for Believe i mean if there's a time to be big headed thats it. But he gets up there and starts talking about simon and how well rounded a skier he is and shit.

If you wanna a moment where people really started to get behind tanner thats it.
You gotta understand that tanner has earned peoples respect its not just come about that way by chance.
 
Why dont you guys get a fuckin life and let the man live. Who the fuck cares what he does ,whether its good or bad. Deep down,everyone of you knockin the man, all wish you were in his shoes livin his life, and dont come back and say Im wrong, cuz who the fuck, wouldnt want to live that lifestyle and ski at the most exclusive places in the world, fuck any pro hoe you want, wear sick ass red bull gear, and win the x games!
 
I dont know tanner in person so as like 99% of this site, so who am I to talk shit about him? I do know he is one of the greatest pioneers in our sport and he kills it. I have to say though, that some of the things I've seen about him on videos I didnt like. But also and especially lately I've seen a lot of cool stuff.

So in my opinion, respect the guy as you see him ski coz thats how we want him to be. And dont talk shit or start suggesting things you have heard vaguely from a friend from a friend...
 
because 99.7889 percent of this site only knows tanner hall through videos and interviews, and we like what we have been seeing as of late very much so.
 
why does it even matter...judge him by his skiing not by his personality. who gives a flying fuck if you think he is an asshole
 
lemme get this straight, you started your post by saying if you dont like it dont post...then you ask people for their opinion.....so you only wanna hear from people that agree with you?
 
Theres too many haters in this game! Bottom line is, if you start a hate thread on anyone, you envy them. Unless, they do something fucked up,(like really fucked up) then theres no reason for it. And, to my knowlege the worst thing T Hall has done was get all fucked up at some award show and acted drunk and stupid, but who doesnt when there all crunked up.... Point made.
 
There's no point in creating a thread if you just gonna say "if you disagree don't post." that defeats the purpose.
Anywaaays, I think Tanner has matured alot over the past few years and is learning how to deal responsibly with his celebrity status. All his interviews r.e. Xgames back this up.. Sooo, I disagree with you.
 
but the funny thing is that he is one of the coolest people i know, ( not saying that you think hes an asshole) but i seriously dont understand why people even begin to hate on him. he has done nothing but good for our sport... i guess i just wish people would chill the fuck out, and start to love and not hate.. but i'm not out to change the world, so i guess do what you please

 
I like how all of you are so defensive now when everyone on this site HATED tanner hall like 2 months ago and now everyone is on his dick. I'm not saying thats a bad thing that you like him it just seems like your all kind of trend whores? I've always liked tanner he did his own thing and he deserves everything he has and should be respected. I just find it funny the huge swing in peoples minds about him. I agree with the thread creator
 
I thought this thread was going to talk about his accomplishments and his sick tricks but I guess not... you dissapoint me
 
tanner may be a dick in person and way to cocky and all that shit.

but come on, he is a sick skiier. Thats it, respect the skier. Talk shit when your better than the person
