Tanner Hall billboard in Salt Lake City

So Im driving down Big Cottonwood Canyon after a sweet preseason jib sesh and BAM! There it is. Tanner Hall reppin his pro model Oakley Crowbars on the billboard next to the Cottonwood 7-eleven. Its officially the busiest 7-eleven in the world, and its situated directly at the crossroads of Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brigh-ton, Solitude) and Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta, Snowbird). I hear there's another one near the Salt Lake Int'l Airport. There probably would be one in Park City, but they don't get down with billboards out there.

Anyway, I was just awestruck for a few seconds by the legitimacy of any skier, be it Tanner or whoever, on a billboard. Normally those things are all big business and whatnot. Yay skiing!

I guess Tanner's been doing more than just "pawning noobs" on myspace.

I like seths crowbars more. Tanner shouldnt have gone with all black frame, he should have jazzed it up a little.

haha. I LOL'ed when I saw it. It's so sick. I can't imagine seeing myself on a billboard, especially one of that size, above that 7/11. It's great.

I was stoked to see it, its a dope billboard. i like how all cities have billboards w/ their pro athletes. whether it be boston and brady or NY and jeter, but salt lake has a big ass rasta thall billboards.

They should set up a huge ramp, two actually, one on each side of the billboard. Then Tanner Hall should grind along the top of his own billboard. That would be MUCH cooler than that stupid base-jump-on-skis crap.
