So who remebers the serpent or the roller coaster? those have been fixed up and on the serpent rail the peice that got cut off has been replaced into a better awesomeness; I can get pic updates soon of the rails that get set up. The serpent is box like maybe 10 inches wide? the roller coaster is a fatty box rail with the up and down curves. Also the mario stache rail is getting set back up its the M rail that they set up with different rails. but i'll get pics soon, as far as park crew this year goes ty will not be workign for park because... well he was a slacker and didn't get the job done but cy will be maintaining the park he was the snowboarder working in the park with the bright green goggles and a new ski patroler will be working with the park... don't worry not to pussy evrything down but as far as everything else goes its all in the fog
 
pics would be sick. and for my suggestion. its still the big blue flat planet rail. and the big flat down. those two are two of the funnest and smoothest
 
I'm going to guess your talking about the 40 foot flat? yup thats up and running, and we made a new flat down i guess its a biggn and we have finished that last one too. they are going to begin designeing their own rails soon, my dad and whom ever. So if you guys want to give sugestions to me, I'll let my pops know!
 
i think its that one. it was the three pack to the big blue flat and then the flat down. i like that setup. and idk i always thought an s rail would be cool? another thing would be more urban style rails. like mt hood style . they never really set them up like that. but besides that i cant think of anything besides stuff tam already has. such as dfd's fd's trap and fdf's and such. just in general bigger, longer rails. and dont go over board with boxes.
 
oh and a nice up rail with an actuall landing. im pobly dreamin but we. im just throwin out my suggestions
 
There has been an up rail everyyear it just doesnt' last long because the landings get pounded so soon cause most people land sideways on it and scrape all the snow down
 
so is that what they call that little thing... idk they tried last year and to start it was a like five foot long box. and second there was no gap to the landing so it was kind of pointless. what would of been perfect would be like to use the landing of the "stepup" and shoot over. that would of been bomb
 
A rail to a fat drop off a booter or something would be sick, to throw a couple switch ups to a gainer or something sweet. Stoke meter activate.
 
an S rail/box would be way fun

that rainbow box they had a few years ago early season was really fun

anything on the bus situation?

 
I'm not sure with the bus, I'm pretty sure it will be running because i mean how else would we get so many people to come to tam instead of bogus. If they didn't have it they would loose alot of people. THey pack tons of ppl onto those busses
 
id say over. last year after they quit running them tamarack was like dead. it felt like it was a week day or sumthin
 
oh and another thing i thought of. it would be super expensive and take alot of man hours. but a legit stair set. with three different rails. a thirty set or so
 
So park news. The park is going to be differently styled this year, it will be more condenced but there should be more serious set ups bigger and better, Kevin Allen, Me and a bunch of other people are going to think of layouts for the park, where to set up and how to set up I'll keep you guys updated
 
sounds legit. as long as there are some bigger jumps better build jumps, and alot! more rails, i think i will be legit. nothing can be worse then last year

and hopefully it wont take have the season to get a jump up.... it was dope like two years ago when they had taht sick ramp like the second week they were open
 
I'm sure things will start to fit nicely like a new skiboot soon in the next month everything should be starting to fit together. I'm extremely lookng forward to this season, I also am wanting tam to have a rake by each of the nice jumps so we can throw down some comutity service
 
holy typos! my appologies for making you read that.

and i think the rake idea would be bomb. but what happens when little kiddies decide they want to help too?
 
^ yeah, they should make the community run not go through the park, or enforce something, put up Better signs saying expert only or something
 
kinda a given, but jumps that actually flow. not like it was last year. like a jump here, and then ski down half a run stop. and then another one. itd be nice to have a smooth legit like three or four pack..
 
They need to make a legit park. at the top have Kyles (Invader7) idea about the stair set with rails or just a couple bexes/ rails at the top. (where you drop in). then you have a 3 jump line with a 40ft into 45ft and then a 50ft jump into some rails. that right there would make a dope park/ slopestyle course. and then put the so called "60-65" jump where it usually is. Then a little farther down have a 35-40ft jump into a 45ft jump. (where the jumps were the first year Tamarack was open) and then down into the superpipe and all that, you can go right for the superpipe or left through that mini jump/rail line. and then on that last slop put a 30ft jump into some rails/ boxes/ tubes/ and other bullshit in that area.

I think that would make a sick park. plus with that little slopestyle course at the top, Judges can see if you can slay rails, and hit jumps.
 
THe staircase, its kind of a spendy thing to get. As far as the park, We aren't sure where it will be placed but we know our big jumps are going to be near the halfpipe, using the drop in speed to hit them. I'm not fond of that idea what so ever but We will find out what is going on with that. Lame theres a shaun white snowboarding dvd advertising on the side of this
 
i think that would be pretty lame, everything would be close together, you would be dodging a ton of Joeys all the time.
 
I think I heard we will have a person working in the park keeping the gapers out of the parks and off of the jumps, Means we get to yell at less people.

I still remeber like 2 years ago i asked a father to keep his daughter off of the jumps she could get hurt, he bitched at me so i told him to go to hell and he tried to chase me down the mountain. Good times
 
i remember shit like that use to happen to me, accept the father at bogus saw me jump over the slow sign and he tried and then hit the sign because he was trying to show me that "anybody" can jump. haha BULL SHIT

i really like it when the park is spread out, then it always seems like you have something to look forward to when you are going down the run. even though i know its going to be condensed this year, either way its going to be awesome. it would be amazing if they had some big jumps this year. that would just be a dream/.
 
^kinda true, if its concentrated at the bottom you can hit powder on the way down through the trees and not miss anything
