For those of who don't know, I manage the office at the ziplines and guide, and I made an awesome raffle.

You guys charge way too much, and the only reason it would take 3 hours is because of the huge group size. I've only been zip lining once through the jungle, 12 zip lines, comparable length, it took about an hour, 2:2 ratio, $50. Still hardly worth it.
 
We have eight different ziplines over a canyon on our ski resort, our max size of a group is eight people. Our contractor who built the coarse says its his favorite one. He has them in Florida, Hawaii, and like every other state. THe zipline takes a while not because the size of the group, because we like to walk slow and get to know everyone and enjoy the nature. What company did you zip with? I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
 
Of course the guy you just paid to build the thing is gonna like it. Your website says average group size is 10:2. I could not have had a better experience unless the zip lines were longer and it was half the price. Anyway it's cool you work there and are passionate about it, but just so kids know, it's not THAT thrilling, especially for $100.
 
We are still working with a new website server and such. So thanks for letting me know its hard to see all of those errors. I'm sorry it wasn't your sort of fun, but I've never guided a trip with anyone that was unhappy about the expirience. I get thank you letters often. I'm not asking anyone to pay to go zipping either, i'm trying to have people get a chance to go for free. If your against it, don't hate on it. I don't down on your hobbies. I love being out in the trees all day helping people have an awesome time.
