i got level 4put the puzzle together, then think about what you just made, then think about the number of the level
 
wait. are you on the same level 4 i am? i see a reversed picture of level 3. i dont see a puzzle haha
 
Variations of these types of games have been around forever. I remember one that was HUGE a couple of years ago. Called like the circle or the spot or something, i can't remember. I got to like level 40 of 70 and gave up cause it was taking like an hour a level.
 
oh man. okay look what the arrow is pointing at, the address bar. now think what level is after 2...

don't look if you don't want it spoiled:

level3.htm or level3.html i can't remember what the answer is. just put 3 in place of 2.
 
Stuck on four...can't figure it out on google, although i'm sure someone will come in here and find it in two seconds...
 
okay solve the puzzle on four...

it is an album cover of a certain band.

check out the clue, you should be able to do it from there. if not...lemme know!
 
so for level three i changed the thing in the address bar to 3 level and it inverted the pic on the x axis, now what? how do i beat 3?
 
it's not. note the "music" in the top left. when you go over it or click it it goes backwards.

this one kinda sucks but you need to get a sound converter or something (my comp came with one) then record the sound you can hear. now use what i told you in the first sentence and you should be able to tell what it's saying...
 
okay check out the clue. it says track 4. so figure out what track 4 is called on that album, and type it in so __________.htm
 
anyone have 23?! haha.

i THINK i know what to do, and it's gonna take a while. fuck. save that for tomorrow, for now it is sleep haha.
