Take me to the Hood-Denver

Travelling to Denver soon for 10 days, looking for the most ghetto, run-down, poverty stricken hood to explore! Suggestions?

East Colfax between Quebec and Peoria isn't too bad.

I would suggest the Swansea area, Globeville area, North Washington area as well. Those are definitely interesting parts of Denver in the sense that it is rougher, but by no means "dangerous."

...then again, I got used to north philly before coming to Denver so all of Denver is "safe."

YEah denver isn't that ghetto at all hahaha but colfax is our version of the hood. and in realityit isn't that bad at all aahahah only parts of colfax are bad. SOme parts are really nice especially once you get closer to downtown all the music venues are down that way
