So after watching this video it reminded me of a kind of interesting story that happened to me not to long ago. I was down in Texas To watch my girlfriend how her horse. We are from Minnesota so it wasn't just a normal kind of trip but whatever that doesn't matter. We were eating at this somewhat famous place in fort worth, it's like an outdoor bar that has live music and it was pretty cool. After I ordered my food,I did what most people do, I stared off to whatever there was to look at cause there wasn't a conversation going. As this was happening I noticed a quite skinny, short, black guy that had a du rag on and had a red white and blue ribbon thing on (it was the day before 4th of July so I'm assuming he was trying to be festive) and had a limp in his walk. I started paying more attention to him and noticed he was carrying two boxes of chocolate bars. I believe it was a box of hershey bars and another box of crackle bars. I really didn't know what to think, I thought he might be a worker or something cause it looked like he had some where to go but I really had no idea. He went back to the bar area and I kind of lost vision of him. I transferred my focus back to the two guys that were playing music up on stage. They were actually pretty good. Fast forward 5 minutes and I see the guy again carrying the chocolate bars and I was like Dafuq. He started walking toward my table kind of. He stopped at the table next to me an asked the people if they wanted to buy a chocolate bar, the table kind of ignored him for like 10 seconds until one of them responded " I think we are alright". The guy selling was like ok thank you for your time like he has said it a million times before. He walked away towards the stage where the guys were performing and put his hand in his pocket and pulled out some change and put it In the preformers donation box. I really didn't know what to think. The guy turned around and walked out of the restaraunt and just disappeared. I couldn't even like eat my meal after all this happened in front of me. Idk if anyone else saw it or if they interpreted it the same as me but I'm pretty sure I saw a homeless man trying to sell chocolate bars to obviously wealthy people and no one would give him a dollar, but he still puts money in the donation bucket for the preformers when no one else did. I seriously felt so bad. I wanted to give the guy all the money I had, but I had no money on me. I wish to this day that I had at least a 5 to give the dude. I've never seen that kind of generosity out of anyone ever. He had nothing but still made an effort to give something. I feel like I could make a movie similar to yours based of my personal experiences but I'm not talented.
