He is kinda sick ngl

But idk about butters with that spin to win type skiing

There’s a clip of him doing a nosebutter on his insta, maybe his bag of tricks is bigger than we think.

I think taiseis Achilles’ heel is going to be some type of tips under lip on type of shit. I can’t think of another single dude who can f3 swap f2 out though. Better keep him on defense

I think skiers should be call skiers lol

Should we not say comp skiers? Or call racers racers? Or call big mountain people big mountain skiers?

its explaining what they do in the skiing world, not using an all encompassing term that could be used for people on the opposite side of the spectrum from each other. I can’t just call World War 2 “war” because that groups it in with every other war no matter how different they are.

Is new wave a bad thing? That’s subjective, but are there skiers who fully fall under the term “new wave skiers”? Definitely

I love the fact that, due to his location, he has almost no mainstream influence of people telling him to be more steezy or spin less. The dude skis exacty how he wants to ski, and that happens to be insane spinning. If you peep his ig, you will see he does a lot of skiing in a little indoor facility that doesn’t really allow for much creativity. So he spins as much as possible and got damn good at it

I don't think japan is actually that isolated from the scene, I've seen a lot of japanese skiers swerving around or rocking tall ts. Also that indoor facility definitely allows for creativity, LTC went there and did a bunch of weird shit.

Did TC go there? I must have forgotten. Ngl tho the TC crew gets creative no matter where they are. I was mainly talking about how on his insta there’s a ton of clips on this one shitty flatbar, and hejust does insane spins on it (4p4)

Thought it was interesting that Colby chose to drop in switch to the 990 out. So composed and laced it

I imagine he felt he could get the most early momentum that direction since he wanted to spin that way.

I find it easier to spin frontside if I rode switch in. You don’t need to grip, just let er fly
