I can't even imagine what you are going through right now, I keep hearing of all these injuries and people dieing this season and now this at my home mountain it's just ridiculous. It is really making me think what this is all for. I can't describe how bad I feel right now, a fellow Alpine freeskier's down and in the mean time assholes like twintipwonder have nothing better to do with their life than try to come up with some asshole comment about it, fuck you man fuck you so hard show some fucking respect for Courtney.

surgery is still up in the air, there is a possibility she won't get it. i've seen her every day since it happened. she is the toughest girl i know, she will recover quickly. she won't be walking for about 4 months. it's such a bummer this had to happen to her, she will pull through it though.. it will just take time.

Yeah, hospital food is always the worst part... the smell too.

I always knew the park was a short lived phenomenon, cause park designers are IDIOTS at most hills, and build death traps.

We should start parks with signs that say, in kph how fast you should be going, with a radar that sways how fast you are going, that way we wont BREAK OUR FUCKING BACKS

I feel you courtenay, i cleared a huge table at louise by about 20 ft.

I was looking down as the landing disappeared and remember thinking 'Please god, I dont want to die, I want my knees' and most of the impact went into my ass, and in turn i have daily back pain.

But yknow.. enough about me, dont worry, there really is more to life than skiing, especially if you dont have an addictive personality. Theres a whole world of reality twisting drugs out there, and most of them are frickin awesome. So get hig, figure out how to stop the world from turning, master control of the space time continium and rewind and never hit that jump.

but then maybe youll fall down taking your skis off and the same thing will happen.. im not sure how fate and freewill figure this shit out.

oh yeah, and feel better too. enjoy morphine, get someone to have a tape recorded or video camera to capture all the hilarious shit youll say.

As for the girl that got hurt that is fucking awful, but its the chance we all take skiing everyday. Hope she can recover though.

 
i dont think anyone has the right to tell soxripper to chill out, shes probly really good friends with courtney, and if one of your best friends got really badly hurt you to would get pissed if people started making jokes about it, best of luck with the recovery
