Tahoe or Salt Lake

Alright NS so last year my family went to Salt Lake around Christmas time. The snow was alright but we didn't really get very much...just like 15" on the last day. So this year were either going back to Salt Lake or to Lake Tahoe for about a week. Which do you think is better from snow conditions, park, etc around Christmas time?

+K for help!

Tahoe.
Squaw Valley more specifically.
Its my home mountain. And we practically shit pro big mountain skiers.

If you ski utah, make sure to check where most the snow falls. Most storm trends hit the southern end of the wasatch real hard, but sometimes they roll through the north end only brushing by the south end. Occasionally the wasatch gets high pressure fucked and Brianhead receives an ungodly amount of snow. Every year is different.

despite the fact that I started skiing in Tahoe(Heavenly to be specific) I have better and more recent memories of Salt Lake City, in particular Alta, and Park City. Therefore the choice is up to you, or your family for that matter, but I'd do SLC

Salt Lake.cause the skiing is soooo good.

I live here so i am biased. Never been to Tahoe but it looks cool.

I'm sure it does. I'm just biased towards Squaw cause its pretty much where I grew up. Wasatch is legit. I'm a mogul skier so I only know the kids who ski moguls there, but I'm sure people rip shit up.

Yeah. Mogul skiing has become pretty lol. It progresses by baby steps at best. But that whole make the US team and get a full setup from your choice of Full Tilt, Tecnica, Bolle, Volkl, and more is just too good. Plus, as the old saying goes; if you can ski moguls, you can ski anything! :D
