Tahoe or Colorado

I'm going to colorado to work this winter comming however i can get a job as an instrucor at tahoe. where should i go? I've already done the whole summit county thing (and had a blast) is it worth checking out tahoe.

i wont have a car will that matter in being able to get to resorts etc...

yes, very much worth checking out Tahoe..i personally likee Tahoe better then CO, more mountains alll around each other.

depends what you are into i personally think being an instructor would be like slow torture. I like big mountain more Co has better snow quality, not like seirra cement. And Co has some ragin parks too...i dunno, it's a toss up but i'd go CO

 
depends on where u are in tahoe and where u are in colorado. if your at squaw or mammoth go to tahoe, squaw is the best place ever

If you've done the whole summit county thing before, why not go to Tahoe? I live in CO, ski summit county nearly all the time, and I would love a chance to go to Tahoe, even just for a week. That's just me though, I like a scenery change.

Tough call on that one. I live near Tahoe but I ski Summit County every year for a week. I think that the resorts are better, larger, and cheaper in Summit County, but I think that the snow is a little more consistent in the Tahoe basin. The snow quality is much better in CO though, no doubt.

 
i would say get out of colorado or at least summit county. down south it's better

Skiing in cali is pretty cool but the conditions suck. ( at least the 10 days i was there at mammoth) but the mountains was badass the vibe was cool and the park was professional built. last day I was there, there were slides everywhere me and my friend skiied across a ridge underneath a cliff and started a decent size slide. It was badass looking whoops i ranted again
