This sucks...So far approx. 5 structures have been reported to have burnt down. It is somewhat windy still, but the winds are dying. There has been noticable progress, but is still a threat to the great area...i.e. Tahoe City if it spreads North.

i saw the smoke and flames from across the lake today at zephyr cove beach...i was hoping no structures had burnt with it, and that it would be easy to contain...but the wind and heat here is pretty bad right now.
