Tabasco Sauce Appreciation Thread

A tobasco hater that's grown to be indifferent. I caved living in NZ 6 years ago when it was the only spice in the damn store. Not bad but it over powers the flavour of the food too much for me. I like heat but with something in the background or adding to it.

Tapatio gang gang miss me with that bottle of dirty vinegar

Tapatio has it's place too. It is the other option they have for us in my office pantry. Do you ever eat Cholula though? I keep Cholula in my hot sauce quiver at home

the chipotle flavoured one is top tier

regular tobasco is pretty busch league but at least you can use it for caesars

I always called tapatio poor man's cholula just because it was half the price and still super tasty. Fuckin' love cholula. Hashbrowns, sausage and eggs in a haystack with a lil dousing of cholula good lawd. Got a semi just thinkin bout it.

cholula is new in canadian grocery stores and I'm a big fan.

Chipotle flavor with a few Carolina reapers stuffed inside for good measure on med rare steaks with a side of green beans with bacon with a strong micro brew and some snickerdoodles for dessert to be exact.

Tabasco is cool on eggs, potatoes, pizza...pretty much anything really. It just isn't spicy so I make my own hot sauce in a similar style. It's easy if you grow or have access to good cheap peppers. Just put them up in white vinegar with some salt in an airtight jar, stick 'em in the fridge for a couple weeks or months then throw it all in the vitamix and blend the shit out of it. I'd recommend doing this outdoors and consider using goggles and a mask or respirator. Put it in a jar and store in the fridge.

Kid in my highschool used to always fill up an entire spot on his lunch tray with Tabasco, could smell him coming from like 15ft away. pretty sure he put it on just about anything he ate.

Used to put it on my eggs in the morning if I needed something to wake me up but now I'm a Franks guy.

Cholula for me, put that on my eggs and hash browns, or a breakfast sandwich. My body doesn’t agree with the spicy stuff.

White people think Tabasco is spicy smfh

I mean if you put half the bottle on it gets there but ruins the flavor or anything. Choluha has a much better flavor but not that hit either.

Sriracha is pretty dank for flavor and some spice.

Tabasco is good on fries and eggy things(especially when you mix it with salsa verde and slap it on a breakfast burrito), cholula is bomb on anything but mostly mexican food, and siracha is def good on asian cuisine.
