T3i Deal

So I found a deal on a t3i off of Newegg and was wondering if you guys could help me out and tell me if it is a good deal or not.

Pay about 900$ for the camera Canon EOS Rebel T3i, and it comes with 18-55mm IS II Lens.

You receive a Canon Pixma Pro9000 Mark II printer for free and a 400$ American Express gift card through a mail-in rebate.

Look at it again, you only get the rewards card if you buy the camera and printer.

not worth it at all, there are more important things than a printer and rewards cards when it comes to cameras.

So you buy the T3i for $750...and then you get a free printer AND $400 rebate (essentially)? Yeah right, I think you have to buy the printer to get the rebate. If you didn't, then why wouldn't you do this? It's just free shit.

If you wanted to be crafty, buy the camera and the printer (assuming the printer is around ~100-150), get the $400, then sell the printer. It's free money! But you gotta invest time for that, bummer.

My advice: don't waste your time. Get a job to make that money and spend your time (more valuable) learning about cameras, gear, and photography/videography.
