i m about to leave to go buy sum ar5's, and i started thinking, the t halls are preaty sick, i ski 70% park 30 anything else. how would the t hall do elseware. i searched the search bar and found no threads on this.
they both have the exact same dimensions, so the main difference is the edges and the flex and you would have to decide if it would be better to have the flex and edges or the all mountian performance
first off the rounded edges dont mean shit, your edges will get fucked up after one day on rails anyways. it comes down to this do you want a softer ski or a medium flex ski. if you are light then the thall would be fine all mountain and kick ass in the park if you are a little heavier then it wouldnt work as well outside the park but still very skiable
everyone says the thalls are terrible outside of park, but i really cant see how they would be that bad because a more flexy ski is better for glades and pow.
it depends on what your ridding outside ofhte park. I have never ridden armada so dont quote me on any of this stuff, but my advice is this. I have 05 fugies, the year of the buttering and flex. these things can be put into a "C" with teh pressure of a fingure. ANd i spend 30% of my ridding outside of the park teaching. And they are fine.
so either way think of it like this. the edges are rounded, so your not getting your solid prime radius turn.
